What will I gain by completing the assessment?
Through the DISC+ assessment, you will gain insight into your current strengths and growing edges. You'll gain a deeper understanding of WHAT you do and WHY you do it. With this knowledge, you'll create well-designed actions to move beyond "the stuck" and reach your goals.
How long does it take to complete the course?
It's your choice! Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course materials (videos, tools, and MPL workbook journal) immediately. So devour it all in a few days or take things slow. Move at a pace that accommodates your needs and your busy schedule.
When does the MPL Board of Directors meet?
Quarter one sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, January 27 and Wednesday, February 17, 2021. 5-6:30 PM PT/7-8:30 PM CT/8-9:30 PM ET
We honor your time and understand it is a precious commodity. We'll start promptly at the top of the hour and end by the 90 minute mark.
While the sessions are structured to keep us on track, they are unstructured as well. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, so we ask you be open to exploring a few unexpected paths along the way. Dr. Malcolm will facilitate moving the process forward and minimizing potential "rabbit holes", but the the group will have an opportunity to steer the conversation.

What if I miss a MPL board meeting?
Surgery lineup running behind schedule or Medical Executive Committee meets after business hours? No problem. Dr. Malcolm understands and has been there too. Every group session is recorded and available as a private video playlist. If you need to miss a session, it’s easy to watch when it is convenient for you.
Can I earn CME credits?
Y E S! Physicians participating in the Accelerated Ascension Program are eligible to earn AMA PRA Category 1™ Credit(s). Certification of completion designating CME credits earned will be provided to each participant.
Master Physician Leaders specializes in Executive Coaching for physicians, many of whom are taking on expanded roles in healthcare leadership. Coaching is personalized teaching of a curriculum customized for and directly applicable to the physician’s situation or organization.

I don't have a leadership title. Can I still participate?
All attending physicians are welcome to attend! At MPL, we believe all physicians are leaders. A physician leader is responsible for delivering exceptional care and improving processes and systems that help people be healthy, so that they can achieve their best. If you believe it too, then you are a physician leader.
How do I schedule my customized coaching calls?
As part of the onboarding materials, you will receive direct access to Dr. Malcolm's calendar, giving you the ability to find a date and time that is convenient for you. Booking a session is easy because Master Physician Leaders uses an online scheduling tool that automatically sends conferencing information to all parties with every update. Video sessions are created with unique meeting IDs and passwords, enabling a secure and private experience.
I prefer one-to-one coaching. What if I want more sessions?
Having a coach gives the physician leader a safe space to go and talk through sensitive issues. So, you can overcome any ‘stuck points’ and achieve the impact you desire, personal one-to-one coaching with Dr. Terri Malcolm is available.
Deeper levels of learning come in a four (4) session packages. Known as a "Transformation package" because the sessions are used to unpack what is top of mind for you and take positive action toward your goal, can be purchased at the time of checkout.
